Cancellation Policy

Private Session Booking Policy To request a private session, please submit your request via our booking form or by contacting us directly. Include the type of private session you wish to book and the instructor you'd like to work with. Once your request is received, we will contact you to confirm availability and send an invoice for the session cost. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your session, and the invoice will reflect this deposit. Booking requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made no later than 3 hours prior to your session. If you need to reschedule, please notify us in advance, and we will accommodate you based on availability. We look forward to helping you deepen your practice!
