Private Session Booking Policy To request a private session, please submit your request through our booking form or contact us directly. Include the type of private session you’d like and, if preferred, the practitioner you’d like to work with. If you do not request a specific facilitator, your session will be assigned to a qualified member of the Ital Life Collective—our network of trusted, vetted practitioners who specialize in the modality you selected. We match each client with the facilitator best suited to their needs, availability, and the specific type of healing session requested. Once your request is received, we will confirm availability and send an invoice for the session cost. Full payment is required at the time of approval in order to secure your session. Booking Requests: Booking requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you cancel your session within 3 hours of your appointment, no refund will be issued, and the session will be considered forfeited. If you cancel outside of the 3-hour window, you have the option to either reschedule your session or receive a 50% refund. This allows us to compensate the teacher for their time and cover studio costs for the blocked time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our instructors' time and our studio’s scheduling. We look forward to helping you deepen your practice!
