Cancellation Policy

Studio Rental Booking and Cancellation Policy Thank you for considering Ital Life Wellness for your rental needs. Please read the following policies carefully to ensure a smooth rental process. Rental Details: Hourly Rate: $350 MXN per hour Discount for Extended Rentals: Rentals of 5 hours or more receive a 10% discount. Minimum Booking: A 2-hour minimum is required for all rentals. Included Amenities: 10 minutes before and after your rental for setup and cleanup Yoga/exercise mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, and other equipment Sweat towels or eye covers Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi, A/C, and fans Drinking water and cups Bathroom access Desk and chair Booking Requirements: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before the start of your rental. A valid credit card must be held on file for damages. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling. Bookings canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit and may not be rescheduled. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be coordinated promptly after the original booking date. Refund Policy on Deposits: Partial Refunds: If a cancellation is made 7 or more days in advance, 50% of the total deposit may be refunded. No Refunds: Deposits are entirely non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental date. Studio Usage Guidelines: All provided equipment and amenities must remain in the studio. Renters are not permitted to leave personal items after their rental period. The studio must be left clean and organized as delivered. Renters are responsible for replacing any broken or damaged items. Ital Life Wellness does not handle advertising or logistics for your events but can repost and tag your social media promotions upon request. Additional Notes: Non-compliance with studio policies may result in restrictions on future rentals. Ital Life Wellness reserves the right to update this policy as needed.
